At Alternative Healings, each bar of soap is handcrafted with love and care using natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our soaps, we’re only able to offer limited returns and refunds.

Returns

• We cannot accept returns on used or opened soap products for hygiene reasons.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

• If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days after approval.
