We hope you love your candle, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused candles in their original condition and packaging.

• To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving approval.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
• If your candle arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
