We all have an energy body a subtle yet powerful field that exists both within us and around us. Although it isn’t visible to the naked eye, it vibrates at a high frequency and is constantly interacting with the energies in our environment from people, places, and even situations.

Because our energy field is highly sensitive, it can absorb or be influenced by what’s around us. You may have noticed how simply being near certain people or entering particular spaces can instantly shift how you feel sometimes leaving you drained, unsettled, or heavy. This is your energy field responding to external vibrations.

For this reason, it’s vital to keep your energy cleansed and protected. A clear, protected field is far less likely to allow lower or disruptive energies to attach or affect you.

🌟 Visualisation for Spiritual Protection
Visualisation is one of the most effective tools for energetic protection. You can imagine yourself surrounded by a shield of pure white or golden light, or picture yourself inside a protective bubble of high-vibrational energy. This acts as a filter, allowing only positive, beneficial energy to flow through while deflecting anything that isn’t aligned with your highest good.

Remember, help from the higher realms is always available but you must invite it. Ask for protection from whoever you feel connected to: God, Source, the Universe, your angels, spirit guides, or higher power. The moment you ask, that protection is given, surrounding you with light and holding your energy in safety and balance.

Grounding

🌿 Spiritual Grounding

Spiritual grounding is the practice of consciously connecting your body and energy to the Earth. It brings balance, stability, and harmony to both your physical body and your emotions.

When we are ungrounded, our energy becomes scattered, leaving us feeling out of alignment. Common signs of being ungrounded include:

​

  • Dizziness or lightheadedness

  • Fatigue and low energy

  • Difficulty concentrating or forgetfulness

  • Feelings of disconnection or “not being in your body”

  • Clumsiness or shakiness

  • Nausea or light sensitivity

  • Nervousness or heightened anxiety

  • ​

All of these are signs that your energy is out of balance.

✨ A Simple Grounding Practice:

Find a quiet place to sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths in and out, allowing your mind to relax.
Now, visualise strong tree roots growing from the soles of your feet, reaching deep down into the heart of Mother Earth. Feel these roots anchoring and attaching, offering you strength, stability, and support.
As you breathe out, imagine any excess energy, stress, or tension flowing down through these roots into the Earth, where it is absorbed and transformed into grounding, nourishing energy.
