Bedtime Protection Regime
A simple nightly practice to protect your space, calm your energy, and support peaceful sleep.

1. Settle Your Energy
Before you lie down, take a moment to bring yourself into a calm, grounded state.
• Sit or lie comfortably
• Close your eyes
• Inhale for 4… exhale for 4… repeat 3 times
With each exhale, imagine releasing any stress, tension, or energy that is not yours.
2. Create Your Protection Field

Visualise a soft golden light forming around your body like a cocoon of warmth and safety.
This light expands slowly, surrounding:
• your bed
• your room
• your home
• and your entire energetic field
Imagine this light acting as a shield that only allows love, healing, and calm to enter your space.
3. Call in Support
​
In your mind or out loud, invite your guides, guardian spirits, and gatekeeper to stand watch as you sleep.
Ask them to keep your space clear, your energy protected, and your dreams peaceful.
4. Protection Affirmation
​
You can repeat this once or three times:
“I am safe. I am protected. My energy is my own. Only light surrounds me as I sleep.”
Or a slightly stronger version:
“My space is shielded. My spirit is guarded. Only the highest vibration may enter my field.”
5. Protective Tools for Your Bedroom

Crystals
​
Place one on your bedside table or under your pillow (if comfortable).
• Black Tourmaline – blocks negativity, psychic protection
• Amethyst – calms the mind, supports spiritual protection
• Selenite – clears stagnant energy, raises vibration
• Shungite – shields from unwanted energetic interference

Herbs
​
Small pouches near the bed, in a drawer, or under the pillow:
• Lavender – promotes peaceful dreams & relaxation
• Mugwort – dream protection & intuitive clarity
• Rosemary – wards off unwanted energy
• Chamomile – soothes emotional tension
Burning loose herbs or incense is optional BUT never leave it unattended overnight.

Salt for Protection

Salt is an ancient purifier and boundary-setter.
Use one of the following options:
• Sea salt bowl – place a small dish by your bed or window
• Salt line – a thin line at your doorway (vacuum in 1–2 days)
• Salt bath before bed – cleanses the field and loosens attachments
Best salts: Himalayan, dead sea, or pure sea salt.
6. Closing the Night
​
As you settle into bed, silently repeat:
“I release today. My energy is clear. I sleep in peace, protection, and light.”
Feel the shield close around you softly.
Feel your guides settling the space.
Feel your body becoming heavy and safe.
