Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Free Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £25.00. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £25 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days, each candle is handmade bespoke to your order. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK. If we have in stock, we will ship straight away.
All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International Deliveries
We can offer deliveries to most countries so please contact us by email at alternative.healings@hotmail.com for a quote, before you place an order.Due to the complexity of customs authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. Candles Bloom accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes, or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel. Neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.
